If you are providing a foreign passport we won’t be able to verify this electronically. We will need you to post in a certified copy of your ID. You can still submit your application, and our Member Services team will be in touch to discuss verifying your identity.

We’ll start setting up your Pie KiwiSaver Scheme account, and will email when your online login is set up. This can take up to 10 working days.
If you’re already an existing KiwiSaver member, your balance will show $0 until your money has been transferred by your previous KiwiSaver provider. This can take up to 20 working days. We’ll email to let you know when the money is in your Pie KiwiSaver Scheme account.
Don’t forget, if you have a Direct Debit or Automatic Payment set up with your previous KiwiSaver provider, you’ll need to cancel this.
